Return policy

Customers can return 1 sample product for a refund within 45 days for Register Air Mail and EMS users, 30 days for UPS, DHL, and Fedex users after the date when this product return is approved. In addition, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to the return if the reason of return is casued by human error.
We can not accept the following items for a refund:
Return policy for exchange or replacement
Our products can be exchanged or replaced within 45 days for Register Air Mail and EMS users, 30 days for UPS, DHL, and Fedex users after the invoice date. If you would like to exchange a product, please make sure that the product is unused and wihin the warranty time. You can provide us the order number and the product code you want to exchange. Please remember that a Return Code is always needed for returning any product.
